Took all the wires out of the stringer bulkhead joints, cut off stringer ends flush to bulkhead where necessary and then spent some time sanding smooth corners and excess epoxy. Then had the bright idea of filling the gaps where the stringers meet the stem and stern posts. I used polythene covered timber and duct tape to form ‘shuttering’ and then syringed in a filled epoxy mix. Its amazing how even a thickened mix will find its way out through the smallest gap! I plugged where I could but I have a feeling that when I go back in the morning I will have puddles of epoxy on the floor and very little in the joints!
