Both Backbones Cut
Good six hours put in today and I now have both backbones cut out. After cutting the final pieces I clamped the matching sections together and spent a lot of time planing and sanding the edges so they matched perfectly. I have strayed from the drawing lines by a few mm in places but not anywhere critical. I guess its things like that that make each Wharram unique! I finished the day making a rack for the 33kg epoxy resin keg and having a good tidy up. I will make up a heat box tomorrow to keep the epoxy in. I will need to start using it soon and temperatures are only just above freezing at the moment. Photos below show the two backbones laid on top of one another.
