302 Hrs – Started on Starboard Hull
As planned I have started preparing the starboard skeleton ready to fit the hullsides. I spoke to the timber supplier today and have an assurance I will have a re-supply of up to spec 9mm this week. I have a very heavy workload at the office just now so may not get much done this week but I am keen to get things rolling properly again. Tonight I cleared around the skeleton, sorted out ply and templates and then started planing off the hullside bearer.

Great decision keeping the two hulls up to par! We amateur builders spend a great deal of time figuring out how to do things, so the trick is to let the other hull fall no further behind than your memory serves you for the techniques used to build the first one. I found that for the same tasks I used less than half the time on the second hull!
You’re looking great, love the monochrome pics!
