2667Hrs – Spring Cleaning
At last! Today has been the first proper dry sunny and warm day of the year and it’s been a joy.
I pray to The Universe that we are blessed with many more over the coming months, I’ll be grateful for every one.
I spent most of the day at the barn but actually only put in a copule of hours of ‘proper’ work on ‘Gleda’.
The water tank outlet feeding the galley tap was weeping slightly so I decided to take the tank out and make a better job of sealing the fitting to the tank. I put on some new gaskets and some silicone seal, blocked off the outlet and then filled the tank to check for leaks before re-fitting it.
Once it was in place I filled it brim full through the deck filler using the hose pipe. All seems OK now.
After that job was done I looked around the barn and decide that a mega spring clean was needed so that’s what I did for the rest of the day.
I’m now all cleared away and ready to get cracking again. Unfortunately it won’t be tomorrow as I have a paid work day building some more show jump fences but I’ll be back at it on Saturday.
Since the barn was all spick and span I decided to shoot a long overdue video for you.
