1772Hrs- Taking Sides
No point saying it….. busy, time strapped, you know the score. Anyhow I managed to get a four hour session in today and was able to make a start on the cabin sides. How I wish I’d done the tumblehomes this way, its just so much easier when you actually have something physical to measure and fit to. I had no trouble measuring cutting and fitting the two inboard cabin sides and its exciting to think that I now have just a couple more pieces to fit before I have one hull completely enclosed. Those of you who study the photos carefully may wonder why the sides protrude into the companionway so much, well I did it deliberately as I can measure and cut them more accurately afterwards.
