1279Hrs- Hibernation Genes?
This week will be hard, its the same every year, I seem to take ages to adjust to the clocks going back an hour. The effect seems out of all proportion, after all it’s only an hour, but it seems much more, especially when the weather is gloomy. It was dark by 5.30 this evening, its been cold today and the forecast is for a cold week with frosts at night and not much above freezing during the day. So that’s summer for another year! I blame this body clock confusion for the lack of motivation and enthusiasm today. I did quite a lot of filleting in the aft section of the starboard hull but nothing exciting to report. The rest of the day was spent indoors keeping warm and working on other things. I’ll do what I can this week but I’ not expecting too much, the overwhelming desire is to stay under the duvet reading about sailing adventures in tropical climes!
