1042Hrs – Upper Stringers Done
A good steady productive day today working hard and sweltering in the 25’C (77’F) heat (strange but true)! It was nice satisfying work with the added bonus of Gleda’s gorgeous lines gradually beginning to appear. I don’t think the photos do justice but she really does look great. Tomorrow should hopefully be an exciting day as my masts are due to arrive… watch this space!
My main task tomorrow, apart from offloading and storing the masts safely, will be to start wotk on the main beamtroughs. These look to be quite challenging and its crucial that they are made correctly as they are one of the most important sections of the boat,
